This is not a performance plan.
Not religious pressure.
Not about trying harder.
This is a relational invitation.
An invitation to taste.
To try.
To experience connection with Jesus in real life.
For 30 days, you’ll practice three simple daily rhythms — each with a menu of options you can choose from.
Think of this month as a tasting journey.
Small, intentional bites of truth.
Simple choices — morning, midday, evening.
You don’t have to do everything.
You just have to begin.
Transformation doesn’t start with effort.
It starts with awareness — and the willingness to taste.

Begin your day by intentionally aligning your thoughts with truth. This rhythm helps you anchor your identity in who God says you are before the noise, pressure, and narratives of the day begin. Choose one simple option each morning to steady your thinking and center your heart.

Throughout the day, practice small acts of surrender. This rhythm helps you loosen the grip of striving, anxiety, and self-reliance by choosing trust in real time. Select one simple shift to remind your heart that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

End your day by returning to relationship. This rhythm creates space to process honestly, release what you were never meant to carry, and rest in connection instead of performance. Choose one reflection each evening to soften your heart before you sleep.

Once a week, pause to take a gentle inventory — not with pressure, but with honesty.

As Resurrection Sunday approaches — the day Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus — consider taking one more step.
If this challenge has stirred something in you, attend a local church that morning. Go as you are. No pressure to perform.
And if you can, invite someone to go with you. Sometimes shared steps become sacred moments.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. Just be willing to show up.
